I love bicycles

as you already know and I have been tempted by this saddle-cover for 2 years now!

It is made by Lollopard (supercute clothes for small and big people) and you can find it here at Folkart.

The 'T' symbol is for 'Tunnelbana', which is Swedish for 'Subway' or 'Underground'. This fab retro looking cover would look so great on my old dutch bike!

While you are over at Folkart do browse around, there are some great goodies there.
Another fantastic piece (I want it I want it!)(I need it, I need it - I do live in England after all... ) is this wonderful raincoat by Danish Danefae  There are swans on the print, aaaawwww

A quick link here
They also do a 'normal' coat in a red and white swan print.

Great shop in A-dam

De EMAILLEKEIZER

Whilst in Amsterdam I also stumbled upon another amazing, fantastic and outstanding shop - one of the loveliest ever! I have 'collected'/picked up old enamel cups and objects for years now and while excitedly walking about in this shop I really started planning my move to Amsterdam and my head was filled with thoughts about how to decorate my imaginary home. Oooh, how I would like to fill my home with bits from this shop.
Make sure you stop by if you are ever in the area, it is just off the Albert Cuyp market in the De Pijp area. For more info look here. The website does not do the shop justice though and I really recommend paying the shop a visit. Not only do they stock a vast quantity of all sorts of fantastic enamel pots, plates, cups and teapots but also amaaaazing african shopping baskets and big storage/washing baskets and personalized enamel house signs.
I brought back two very pretty painted plates, quite like the one on the pic above.
Next time I am def getting a shopping basket too.
