I like this print from Fryd og Design a lot. To get your own, buy it here. Also check out Fryd og Design's beautiful blog (photos from the blog & webshop). 'Fred' means peace in Norwegian. (and Swedish).
Are you running around panicking about presents? Please think again, your family has already said they don't want anything haven't they!? Spare this planet from waste and give to the people that really need it. For the best presents money can buy (and it's all stress free) go to UNICEF'S website. £19 can buy you blankets for 7 babies, for £17.50 you can buy a cooking set for a whole family and for only £10.50 you can buy 500 bowls of porridge that will provide nutrition for children in refugee camps, emergency feeding centres and health centres. Look after yourself, your family and give a little extra help to people in reel need. Have a great holiday! Much love, xxx

Thanks again all of you that, despite the weather, made it down to the Deaf Cat last night for our Christmas Craft Fair. These are my necklaces, brooches and purses that I was selling. I also had my bows, fascinators, bags and small badges for sale.
For more info on the venue (great coffee!) go here.
Thanks everyone for coming last night, it was a great evening and I met loads of lovely people. This is what my display looked like.
Recognize the plates and cups...?! :)
I bought a fab t-shirt-dress from Abby of Keep the Ferret Print design by Nigel Adams. I love it. It's got super long sleeves ♥ Badge by Vampire Sushi Distro
On the 26/11 me and some friends will be selling our handmade bits and pieces down at the Deaf Cat Coffeebar in Rochester, 6-8 pm. We'll be in the gallery/table area, drinks and cakes will be served as normal - the courtyard will be open and lit up with fairylights and candles. Wrap up warm and you can sit there and enjoy your hot chocolate whilst getting into the winter/christmas spirit. If it goes well, we might do this as a regular thing, so come down and show your pretty face! I made this flyer last night, what do you think? Please feel free to repost it on your blog. x
I got this book yesterday from Oxfam. Initially drawn to it by its beautiful cover it turned out the be as lovely on the inside as well, and, these knitting projects seem quite straight forward with 'simple' instructions and illustrated pictures. So, now I'm off downtown to get some knitting needles. I'll attempt to make the close fitting hat. Following patterns isn't really my kind of thing, with my crocheting I just make things up, but maybe, now, I'll try and be patient and follow it through. Wish me good luck. So far I've only ever knitted a pair of legwarmers and a snood-hood.
If you are interested in knowing more about the patterns, let me know and I'll scan some. x The book was published in 1939.
