Goodbye 2008, Hello 2009
Welcome new year.
Got back today from our new years celebrations in my parents log cabin. It was lovely. The sky had a zillion stars, no sounds to be heard than the crisp snow under your feet and a fire outdoors to cook our food on and keep us warm whilst drinking our wine.
Not a car, not a neighbour, not a firework in sight. Only stars, food, warmth, and great company.
I think this new year will be a good one.
