Semla fika!

If you can't/(don't like to) eat marsipan, melt some dark chocolate with cream in a pot, simmer to thicken. Fill the semla with the chocolate filling, top with raspberries, cream and then more raspberries. Yum. :)

What's the fuss about a semla you wonder?

Here's some interesting facts:

King Adolf Frederick of Sweden died of digestion problems on February 12, 1771 after consuming a meal consisting of lobster, caviar, sauerkraut, smoked herring and champagne, which was topped off by 14 servings of semla, with bowls of hot milk. Semla was the king's favorite dessert.
